When optimizing existing baghouse, customer - Khuzestan Cement Company - wanted to get the advantages from the Pleated Bag:
- Longer lifetime due to lower air-to-cloth ratio
- Lower emission-level due to different media construction
- Avoid abrasions in bottom of filter bags when filters scrub against bag house steel construction
Solution:
- 756 steel top loader Pleated Bags from Nordic Air Filtration was installed
- Installation was supervised by the Nordic Air Filtration + agent engineering team
