Solution:
By replacing 240 competitor pleated bags with 240 Top Loader Pleated Bags from Nordic Air Filtration, significant performance improvements were obtained:
- The output of the cement mill increased from 27 t/h to 30 t/h
- Emission level was lowered from 22 mg/Nm3/h to 1 mg/Nm3/h *
- Improved Air-To-Cloth ratio eliminated pressure drop issues
- More efficient cleaning; down to only 3 bar
- Longer life cycle
