Problem:
The customer wanted long life time of filters, to build a small and compact dust collector and to ensure low emission values.
Solution:
By installing 228 pleated bags from Nordic Air Filtration the following advantages were obtained:
- Low Air-To-Cloth compared to a filter bag solution with same length
- Optimal dust release with PTFE coated spunbond polyester media
- Weldtech bands ensures optimal fixation of the band to the filter media and an equal pleat distance
- Low emission values; customer required 10 mg/m3 - actual emission value after installation is 0,3 mg/m3.
