Problem:
- The customer wanted to stabilize Dp and reduce water wash.
- Previous fiters needed water wash every 6-8 weeks, had a life cycle of 2 years and initial Dp of 250Pa. Change out DP was 500Pa.
Solution:
Installation of Nordic Air Filtration’s cylindrical filter with TurboWeb HE High Efficiency filter with coalescer.
Results:
- Initial Dp was 250Pa. After 2,5 years, the Dp was only 300Pa.
- Offline water-wash is now conducted every quarter, only due to normal maintenance.
